April 19, 2006An excellent book written in a fun, jovial manner - but don't for a minute think these guys don't take their subject seriously. A great selection of recipes and recommendations. Favourites include preserved lemons and their tomato sauce/ketchup recipes. Some recipes are a little involved but other than that a great overall guide to preserving all manner of produce.
