I was looking for a mouthwash with only natural ingredients. I brush my teeth twice a day and floss before bed. I wanted a mouth wash that left my breath fresher, help with my receding gum issue, and also help whiten my teeth. I have used baking soda and hydrogen peroxide before. Mixing it each time in a glass - this is for sure more convenient to use. I like essential oils and felt the combination is very beneficial in maintaining overall oral health. Even though I was brushing my teeth and flossing every evening and my breath was not that offensive I felt I needed something that was a natural freshener for the mouth. I have had people state that they smell the minty Listerine I used many years ago. I wanted a fresh breath that again comes naturally not something overwhelming in flavor. I feel like I found it now with Guru Nanda whitening mouthwash. It's still early on just using it a few times now - but I love it!

I just purchased this mouthwash the other day and happy with the results. I've noticed a difference with one use. I have bad teeth, my breath smells like Doo Doo and I had a the white built up on my tongue, I also am a smoker which doesn't help much either but I feel cleaner. I don't smell my breath. My tongue is pretty much is pink again. It also helped with some tooth pain I had. I also use the Sig-Natural concentrated mouth wash which might played a role in my mouth smelling and looking better as well. I used a tongue scraper, I've never been able to get the white stuff off of my tongue no matter what I did, also count get the smell to go away and I tried everything. until now I feel like a new whole person (my bad teeth will be pulled soon and those with cavities will be filled as well, but with these mouth washes I'll be able to ssve what teeth I have. My confidence also has gone up so thinking for creating the miracle mouthwashs hehe. Will be purchasing again. And many other oral mouth washes, oil pulling etc so happy to found this company. Before using Gurunanda's pulling oil and their whitening mouthwash, I had really bad breath. My breath was so bad, I overheard one person say that my breath was the worst she had ever encountered. Needless to say, I was very anxious whenever I had to be close to someone.

The GuruNanda toothpaste and double barrel mouthwash are reminiscent of my southern grandmother's recipe for oral care/health. Baking soda, seasalt and Peroxide were her go-to's when I was a child. Her teeth were lily white til the day she died, and she made sure that her granddaughters were well-versed in the recipe.
